• Copyright - Every care is taken to host games we have permission to host, but if we've been misinformed about a games licensing and are hosting your game without permission and you would like it removed, please email us requesting it's removal, providing proof if necessary that you are the owner or rights holder of the game.
  
  
• Showcasing Games - If you are a developer wanting your game added to the site, we strongly suggest submitting your game(s) to Mochiads and Flashgamedistribution. We regularly check both of these sites for new games, so if you've got a great game, chances are we will notice it on there and add it to the site. If you do not want to add your games to either of those sites but would like your game added to EpicNinja, please send us a link to the game you would like added, either a webpage with the game embedded, or a direct link to the game.
  
  
• Sponsorship - We are not looking to sponsor any games at the moment, sorry!
  
  
• Games not working - If a game is not working for some reason please try a few simple things before reporting it. Try refreshing the page (sometimes they just don't load), try waiting a minute or two for the preloader (some games load without showing a loading progress bar, it may take a minute or two for it to appear on slow connections), if the game still isn't working you may need to update your flash player (some games only work in certain newer versions of flash, you can update your flash player here, it only takes a minute!) , finally you should try using a different browser (we highly recommend using Mozilla Firefox 3+ or Google Chrome 2+ for playing games on EpicNinja). If the game still won't work, send us an email and we'll check it out.
  
  
• Suggesting Games - We appreciate game suggestions, but we'd rather you did not send them in unless you're the owner of that game, thanks!
